- 'Apple'  Meet the Creators UK campaign - Behind the Mac, with a portrait of Gabriella Marcella of Risotto Studio, featured alongside her iMac on a three storey high billboard along with a national television campaign (2020)

- ‘V&A Dundee’ official photographic documentation of the construction & outreach community projects also originally commissioned as an artist to create an exhibition of large scale photographic works illustrating Dundee living rooms before building work had begun (2013 - 2018) 

- ‘Make Works’ mapping manufacturing in Scotland, three months of twice daily visits to crafts-people and manufacturers all across Scotland. Visual documentation working with both photography and film (2013 - 2014)

Equally at home working on set ups in the studio alongside hunting out more ephemeral moments in the street, from architecture to portraiture, Ross is equipoised with a variety of photographic disciplines. 

Having initially developed his craft in Scotland where the photography market dictates a diversity of skills, he has now applied these across the globe, working and self-funding this travel with his camera.

More recently he has been exploring rituals of death and systems for living across Mexico (2014 - 2016) and a Sahara Desert rose harvest festival in Morocco (2017) 

CEIBA Studio was set up in 2016 as a multidisciplinary artist studio, based in Summerhall Arts, Edinburgh.  Here he regularly hosts artist residencies within the space and documents each of the artist’s creative processes through short films.
